Due to their larger size and weight, bags incur higher shipping costs. To maintain a sustainable shipping policy, free shipping is not available for bags.

Processing time includes order receipt and production time. (Our products are handmade, so some items may not be readily available. Once we receive your order, our production team will complete and ship it as soon as possible.)

✔ Express Shipping Option:

For faster delivery, we offer express shipping (3 - 5 days) with an additional cost of $20 - $42 depending on your location.

Exchanges & Returns

✔ We have conducted a strict quality inspection before shipment. If the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please send us an image.

✔ Exchange within 30 days of receiving the product. If the item is out of stock, we will issue a refund.

✔ Returns accepted for unused items in original packaging within 30 days.
