Shipping Policy
We have sold online and shipped internationally for over a decade. All orders are sent from our headquarters in Vietnam. For standard shipping, it takes 7-20 days and the costs 8$. For express shipping, it will take 3 to 5 days and the extra cost is 20 - 42$ up to your location. Please note that these delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Exchanges & Returns
The products will be subject to strict quality inspection before shipment. If there is any natural damage such as deface or broken to the product, if there is any defect in the product, or if the product is wrong, please sent us their image.
Please contact us as soon as possible within 14 days of receiving the product or call us if it is judged to be necessary to exchange the product. After confirming the contents of your order, we will prepare a product for exchange that you can use with confidence. However, if the product is out of stock, we will issue a refund.
We always aim to make sure our customers love our products, but if you have a change of mind, we’re happy to help to exchange or return your piece. Email us directly at topleatherhndmade@gmail.com and we’ll guide you through the process.
We also accept returns of unused items in their original condition and packaging within 14 days from the date of purchase, provided that it has not been personalized. Personalized and sale items cannot be exchanged or returned. All delivery fees, duties, and taxes for returns are to be paid by the customer.
In particular, returns will not be accepted under the following circumstances:
If more than 14 days after receiving the date of shipment of the product unless there is a special reason. (Except in cases where we are on a temporary holiday or we cannot be contacted by e-mail and other means only.)
Refund Policy
You should expect to receive your refund within 7 business days of us receiving your returned package, however, in many cases, you will receive a refund more quickly. If you need to return an item, simply log in to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
Our Commitment to Quality
Each product in Topleather is carefully handcrafted and thoroughly checked in-house to maintain intricacy in detail. If a manufacturing defect is discovered in your piece, we will work towards restoring the workmanship error or replacing a new piece for you. A full refund will be made if we are unable to replace your piece.
Topleather pieces are constructed with full-grain, supple leathers that are minimally treated to maintain their natural finish. As such, natural occurrences of grain and shade variances in each hide are traits of quality leathers and are not treated as defects.
