FREE SHIPPING (EXCLUDES BAGS)
Free standard shipping applies to all items except bags. Express shipping options are available for an extra fee.
Due to their larger size and weight, bags incur higher shipping costs. To maintain a sustainable shipping policy, free shipping is not available for bags.
Processing Time: 2 - 4 days
Processing time includes order receipt and production time. (Our products are handmade, so some items may not be readily available. Once we receive your order, our production team will complete and ship it as soon as possible.)
Shipping Time: 8 - 13 working days (FREE)
Express Shipping Option:
For faster delivery, we offer express shipping (3 - 5 days) with an additional cost of $20 - $42 depending on your location.
Once your order is shipped, we will provide tracking information so you can monitor your package.

Exchange and Return Policy
All items undergo strict quality control prior to shipment. Should you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, please contact us and provide photographic evidence.
We accept exchanges within 30 days of delivery. If the desired item is unavailable, a full refund will be processed.
Returns are accepted for unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of receipt.
Refund Policy
Refunds will be processed within 7 business days upon receipt and inspection of the returned item.
